Accounts

Wealth in the sidebar opens /patrimoine, the screen that lists what you own. It opens on your net worth and a double ring: the inner ring splits your assets into three pockets, Available, Invested and Tied up; the outer ring splits each pocket into its categories, laid over it; and the centre holds the total of your assets. The legend under the ring lists each pocket with its categories and their shares. Point at an arc or a legend entry, or tab to it, and it is highlighted while the rest fades; a pocket highlights its categories too.

Below the ring, a table files every category under its pocket, with its value, its share of your assets and the running total. Each row has a bar, all on one scale where the heaviest pocket takes the full length, so you can compare a category’s bar directly with a pocket’s. The number of accounts follows the name, in parentheses. Liabilities come separately, under a heading of their own: a debt counts towards none of the shares above it.

These rows are the way into the categories: the sidebar lists none of them. So a category you hold nothing in has no row; its address still answers, but you have to type it.

The table on the wealth screen: categories filed by pocket, each with its number of accounts, a bar on a shared scale, its value, its share of your assets and the running total.

Each row opens a page of its own, addressed by one French word:

Page Category What files there
/courant Current accounts Checking accounts
/livret Savings accounts Passbooks, term deposits
/investissement Stocks & funds PEA, securities accounts, life insurance
/immobilier Real estate Property you own the walls of
/crypto Crypto Wallets
/papier Paper real estate REIT shares
/crowdlending Crowdlending Lending platforms
/objets Objects & collections Watches, metals, art
/passif Loans / liabilities What you owe
/autre Other Everything else

The category is deduced from the type you picked when you created the account; you never choose it. A PEA files under Stocks & funds whatever you call it.

A category page has two tabs. The first lists what the category holds, under Accounts, or under Properties for real estate, the one category that shows a card per property rather than a table (Real estate). The second, Movements, lists what has gone through it.

Above the table the first tab shows up to three blocks, each only when it has something to show: Performance over the period you pick, Breakdown by account as a ring, and Analysis (ongoing charges and sector split), which appears only once the category holds an account that carries securities.

Clicking a row opens the account, at /<category>/compte/<id>. It has three tabs, or four:

  1. Lines on a PEA, a securities account, a life insurance contract or a crypto wallet; Details on an account whose whole value is a balance you typed. See Holdings.
  2. Movements: every cash operation, dated order and balance change on this account.
  3. Tax, shown only when the account has a latent taxable gain to estimate.
  4. Settings, which is the account’s own, not the application’s. See Account settings.
