By hand

Every form is on the add screen, /ajouter, or on a tab of the account it fills. Nothing here needs a key or anything installed beside the browser. The pages under First steps walk through the first account and the first line in detail; this page is the overview, in the order you usually need them.

What you are entering Where Described in
An account and what it is worth today /ajouter, the account’s tile Your first account
The cash idle in a PEA or a CTO the same form, the Cash balance (€) box The amount field

A dated buy or sell the account’s Movements tab, Record an order below
One operation in or out Your operations, New operation Operations
A balance on a later day the account’s Details tab, State a balance Fix a mistake

A balance is the one figure you keep updating. An account typed by hand is worth its newest dated balance plus the lines inside it, and a later balance is a new point on its history rather than a correction of the old one. On a PEA or a CTO, which have no Details tab, the cash is the Cash row of the Lines tab and its State a cash balance.

The Real estate tile opens one form. Only the name is required: a property saved with nothing else is a card with a name on it, filled in later. The value and the acquisition date sit beside the name, then the sheet in five parts (general, purchase and fees, area and rooms, options, amenities), every field of which may stay empty. An empty field is unknown, never zero.

The loan is the last block, and the one to decide on before saving: amount borrowed, annual rate, term in months and start date build the repayment schedule, and the form attaches a loan only at creation. A loan declared afterwards is an account of its own under Loans / liabilities. Real estate describes the resulting card.

The Crypto wallet tile asks first for the kind. Watched address adds a chain, Bitcoin or Ethereum, and the public address; the address is checked against that chain’s shape before anything is stored, and the wallet fetches its balance once on creation. From then on Sync, on the wallet’s Settings tab, fetches it again.

Badlen asks for an address and never for a private key or a seed phrase. A line you add by hand to a watched wallet is removed at the next sync, since the chain says it is not there: coins held anywhere else go in a manual wallet. Crypto wallets covers the sync and the tokens.

A line’s quantity and cost can be typed once, as a total. A dated order says instead when each unit came in or went out: one buy or one sell, with its day, its quantity, its unit price and its fee. Orders are what the performance screens need for returns and for a realised gain; a line with none shows its value and leaves those blank.

On the account’s Movements tab, Record an order opens a form that asks first for the line, from the ones the account already holds; an order is dated onto a line that exists, so a security you have never added has to be added first. Then buy or sell, the day, the quantity, the unit price and the fee, 0 if there was none.

An order is corrected or deleted from the same tab, with the pencil on its row: Fix a mistake.

Forms are made for what you hold today and the few things that move each month. Years of operations, or a broker’s whole order history, go faster with your assistant, or from a file if you can produce one.
